Southern Valley Fire & Rescue has a Fire Prevention Bureau that is responsible for overseeing compliance of the 2024 IFC fire and safety regulations.
The owner is responsible for the safe maintenance of any building, structure and/or premises and is required to keep everything up to code. Anything that needs to be corrected is the responsibility of the owner.
